What Normiq is for
Normiq is your organisation's quality management system. Everything an ISO 9001 audit asks you to evidence lives here: your controlled documents, the risks and opportunities you have assessed, the non-conformities you have raised and the corrective actions you took.
Each module keeps its own history, and nothing is ever silently overwritten. That is the point: an auditor can see not just where you are, but how you got there.
Signing in
Go to your organisation's Normiq address.
Sign in with your email and password, or with the Sign in with Microsoft button if your organisation uses it.
Pick your language from the menu under your name. Normiq is available in English and Italian.
Your account is created by your organisation's administrator. Signing in with Microsoft matches you to an account that already exists; it never creates a new one.
Finding your way around
The sidebar on the left is the whole platform. It only lists the modules your role can reach, so two colleagues in the same organisation will often see different items.
The ? beside your name at the top right opens the guide for whatever module you are looking at, so you rarely have to search for it at all.
Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) anywhere to search across every module.
That same search box has a Search the Help Center row at the bottom, which carries what you typed straight into these guides.
Your notifications and tasks are in the bell menu at the top right.
